Confirmation: Upon receiving your exchange request, our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions for sending the item back to us.

 

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe return. The item must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

 

Inspection and Approval: Once the item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange for the desired item or size based on availability.

Exchange Restrictions

Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items, as they are specially crafted to your specifications.

Sale or Promotional Items: Items purchased during sale events or through promotional offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
